Repurposed space

There will be 5,685 square feet that will be repurposed in the police station once the new communications facility is open. The existing 3,780 square feet that the Criminal Investigation Division uses will become an area for operations staff. The current 960 square feet that dispatch uses will become additional records space and a sergeant station. The 735 square feet that is used for physical training will be uses for cardio. About 210 square feet of current shared office space will become an expansion to the command staff.
