Women’s clinic moves in Fayet­teville

Tues­day brought changes to Re­nais­sance Women’s Health­care in Fayet­teville. The Med­i­cal As­so­ciates of North­west Arkansas clinic moved to 3302 North Hills Blvd., its founder re­tired and a new doc­tor joined the group.

The clinic op­er­ated in a tem­po­rary of­fice at FirstCare Fam­ily South since a fire in De­cem­ber 2015. The new lo­ca­tion is near Fayet­teville Di­ag­nos­tic, MANA lab­o­ra­tory and Imag­ing Ser­vices.

Dr. Kath­leen Paulsen re­tired af­ter more than two decades prac­tic­ing medicine. She es­tab­lished the prac­tice in 2005.

Dr. An­gela Curry joined Dr. Mark Pick­hardt and nurse prac­ti­tioner Cindy Shaw at Re­nais­sance.

Curry has been a gy­ne­col­o­gist for 20 years, most re­cently prac­tic­ing in Jones­boro. She spent seven years train­ing in U.S. Air Force schools in Texas and Mis­sis­sippi and served as a staff gy­ne­col­o­gist for the Air Force in Lak­en­heath, Eng­land.
