Jasper Williams, 30, of 700 E. Dogwood Lane was arrested Monday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance, four counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, fleeing, resisting arrest and theft by receiving. Williams was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

Waylen Hodges, 18, of 590 Ray Ave. was arrested Saturday in connection with domestic battering. Hodges was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $3,500 bond.

Pea Ridge

Jathen Dean Brown, 36, of 1101 Taylor Lane was arrested Sunday in connection with aggravated assault. Brown was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

Juan Garcia-Useda, 40, of 1671 Green Acres Circle was arrested Sunday in connection with domestic battering. Garcia-Useda was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.

Vanessa Osburn, 29, of 21404 Fern Road in Elkins was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. Osburn was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $3,500 bond.

Austin Blake Dawdy, 18, of 516 Magnolia St. was arrested Monday in connection with theft by receiving and possession of drug paraphernalia. Dawdy was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Dylan Kendale Offutt, 23, of 2042 S. Ingram Mill Apt. 53 in Springfield, Mo., was arrested Monday in connection with theft by receiving and possession of drug paraphernalia. Offutt was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Jack Conner, 66, of 1312 Crutcher St. in Springdale was arrested Sunday in connection with conspiracy to traffic a controlled substance. Conner was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $15,000 bond.
