Missourian to build Bentonville complex
A Missouri-based developer is building a 235-unit apartment complex in Bentonville with an estimated total project cost of more than $30 million.
The I Street Apartments will go up next door to the Bentonville Community Center at the corner of Southwest I and 41st Street and is slated to open in late 2018. It will include six, three-story buildings and will offer one, two and three bedroom units.
Lonnie Funk, president of Missouri-based Affiniti Management Services, said in an interview Tuesday the complex will have amenities that are attractive to young professionals who live and work in the Bentonville area.
The location will have open meeting areas, a resort-style pool, a park where dogs can play offleash, and it will have access to jogging and biking trails, Funk said.
