Don­nelle Wag­ner, DNP, joined Sparks Ear, Nose & Throat Cen­ter — West at 1500 Dod­son Ave., Suite 260 in Fort Smith. She worked as a nurse prac­ti­tioner for 10 years and as a reg­is­tered nurse for 17 years. She spent 15 of those years at Sparks Health Sys­tem.

Dr. Kyle Basham joined Sparks Urol­ogy Group at 5500 Ellsworth Road in Fort Smith. He earned his med­i­cal de­gree from the Uni­ver­sity of Arkansas for Med­i­cal Sci­ences in Lit­tle Rock and com­pleted his res­i­dency in urol­ogy at the Uni­ver­sity of Ten­nes­see Grad­u­ate School of Medicine in Knoxville.

Terri Church, MSN, APN, ACNS-BC, di­rec­tor of qual­ity and in­for­mat­ics at Wash­ing­ton Re­gional Med­i­cal Cen­ter in Fayetteville, re­cently achieved cer­ti­fi­ca­tion in the field of health care qual­ity, earn­ing the des­ig­na­tion of cer­ti­fied pro­fes­sional. Church joined Wash­ing­ton Re­gional in 2010. She earned a bach­e­lor’s and a mas­ter’s de­gree in nurs­ing from the Uni­ver­sity of Cen­tral Arkansas. She also earned a post-grad­u­ate ed­u­ca­tion cer­tifi­cate and is a clin­i­cal nurse spe­cial­ist. Dr. Rex Har­ris Jr. joined Com­mu­nity Physi­cian Group’s Siloam Springs Med­i­cal Cen­ter, 451 S. Holly St. in Siloam Springs. He earned a bach­e­lor’s de­gree in bi­ol­ogy from the Uni­ver­sity of Arkansas at Lit­tle Rock and med­i­cal de­gree from the Uni­ver­sity of Arkansas for Med­i­cal Sci­ences. Har­ris com­pleted his res­i­dency in fam­ily medicine in Waco, Texas and be­came board cer­ti­fied in 2017.

physi­cian, re­cently joined the staff of North­west Health, prac­tic­ing at North­west Med­i­cal Plaza at Sugar Creek, 1102 N.W. Lowes Ave., Suite 2 in Ben­tonville. He re­ceived his med­i­cal ed­u­ca­tion at the Col­lege of Os­teo­pathic Medicine of the Pa­cific in Pomona, Calif., and com­pleted a fam­ily medicine res­i­dency at Mercy Red­ding in Cal­i­for­nia.

Carolyn Kennedy was hired as ex­ec­u­tive di­rec­tor of Ar­vest Bank’s trea­sury man­age­ment di­vi­sion. She has more than 20 years of trea­sury man­age­ment ex­pe­ri­ence, most re­cently work­ing for SunTrust Banks Inc. in At­lanta. Kennedy earned a bach­e­lor’s de­gree in eco­nom­ics from Sweet Briar Col­lege in Sweet Briar, Va. She is a cer­ti­fied trea­sury pro­fes­sional and has served on the Ge­or­gia ACH As­so­ci­a­tion board of di­rec­tors. Stormy Mechura, a Ben­tonville 911 Com­mu­ni­ca­tions Cen­ter telecom­mu­ni­ca­tor, was hon­ored with the In­ter­na­tional Acad­e­mies of Emer­gency Dis­patch’s Call of the Week award. She was rec­og­nized for suc­cess­fully manag­ing a dif­fi­cult med­i­cal emer­gency call re­gard­ing an in­jured Ben­tonville fire­fighter on July 4 and as­sist­ing a man de­liv­er­ing his child on July 7.
