You are not staring at the cover of a fashion magazine (though he was featured in Vogue,) but if good looks won tourneys, Alexander Zverev would be racking them up easily! Zverev, who’s nicknamed Sascha, was born with the sport of tennis pumping through his veins considering his family breathes the sport. With his father as his coach, Zverev’s mother, also a tennis coach and his brother on the tennis circuit too, this sport was a no-brainer for the super tall tennis ace who began playing at the age of 5. Zverev claimed his first ATP title at the St. Petersburg Open against US Open Champ Stan Wawrinka during the finals which lasted two hours and 23 minutes. The 19-year-old, ranked 24, became the youngest player to win an ATP World Tour title since 2008. Stay tuned for more to come from this 6’6 winner!
