MIDNIGHT IN MIAMI

TWENTY-FOUR-HOUR PARISIAN BISTRO PARIS 6 PROFFERS A SLICE OF FRANCE RIGHT ON SOUTH BEACH.

Ocean Drive - - Contents -

Your guide to the best of Miami dining, drinking, and nightlife.

Have you ever left (or rather, closed) the club at 5 AM craving a croque monsieur—with a quail egg on top—only to go to bed hungry? Don’t ever do it again, thanks to Paris 6, open around the clock for all your eating and imbibing needs. The menu ranges from breakfast temptations like puff pastries filled with warm Brie cheese and apricot jelly to pasta dinners of spaghetti and Brie-stuffed filet mignon meatballs. And should your sweet tooth need some satiating, order one of their 19 desserts, like the signature chocolate cake of Nutella ganache, Ferrero Rocher chocolate bits, and toasted hazelnuts infused with Häagen-dazs dark chocolate and topped with Ferrero Rocher truffle and condensed milk. Wash it all down with a classic French 75 or vino and fromage—it doesn’t get more French (or fabulous) than that. 2200 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, 305-363-6806
