It’s duringa Tues­day foot­ball af­ter­noon off-sea­son in the 305 when Car­los Hyde (run­ning back for the San Fran­cisco 49ers) is about to turn up—not at LIV, but for a work­out led by Andy Luaces, fol­lowed by re­cov­ery. But per­sonal train­ing for NFL play­ers, NBA guys in­clud­ing Jeff Green, and even lo­cal fix­tures like Ari­ete’s Michael Bel­tran and Ja­son Odio, and Jon Paul Pérez (son of condo de­vel­oper and Re­lated Group head Jorge Pérez) is just half of the equa­tion at Core Fit­ness, and one of the com­po­nents of MSPI (Miami Sports Per­for­mance In­sti­tute).
