For those looking for a secluded experience with plenty of time to relax and enjoy the Island, The Sala Samui Resort focuses their attention on creating a private and personal atmosphere for their guests. Located on the Choeng Mon Beach, the Sala Samui has pristine beachfront views and opulent private villas and suites. The resort is designed in a modern Thai style, featuring hardwood balconies overlooking private pools with ocean views. Openair bathrooms and outdoor showers give guests full access to the warm climate and scenery surrounding the resort, and relaxing outside underneath the veranda is a great way to take advantage of the lush landscape.

There are three gorgeous villas on the site: the Sala Pool Villa, the Garden Pool Villa, and the Deluxe Balcony Villa. The Sala Pool Villa offers an outdoor day bed which is perfect for lazing and relaxing in the warm sunshine and a private pool. You don’t have to move far to experience the wonders of the outdoors here and a lush, green garden by the poolside is a welcome addition. The room features a king size bed, writing desk and sofa, along with hardwood floors and white and cream color tones to add to the relaxing atmosphere. The Garden Pool Villa is similarly designed, and the Deluxe Balcony Villa fea- tures the same amenities, along with a balcony for guests to enjoy the view from above.

Other accommodations offered include villa suites ranging from the One Bedroom Pool Villa Suite, with extra living room and a sun deck along with a private pool. The Two-bedroom Presidential Villa Suite, is perfect if you’re staying with family and a group and offers an outdoor dining area.

Sala Samui Resort is aware that Koh Samui has a lot more to offer besides romantic, luxury resorts, and they make sure their guests are aware of this too, by providing an extensive list of activities to do throughout the island. One of the most popular places to visit is the Fisherman’s Village in Bophut, which is single street lined with authentic Chinese shops and some delicious dining options. The Samui Boat Charter is a fun experience for families, and professional guides will tailor an outing to individual desires and you can choose from exploring remote beaches, hooking some fish, or diving. For golfing enthusiasts, the Santiburi Samui Golf Course is celebrated as one of the most beautiful courses in Asia, embedded in a mountain landscape and surrounded by coconut trees.

The spa offers four unique experiences: The Signature massages, Stress-breakers, Well-being, and Something Special. As an even more unique and special treatment, massages can be scheduled on the beach at sunrise or sundown; the perfect way to start the morning or end the night! The Signature Massages comprise the Signature Thai Massage using warm virgin coconut oil and gentle pressure to ensure tranquility. Some of the messages that comprise the Stress-breakers are the Hot Stone Therapy, which uses heated basalt stones to deliver deep tissue massages or the Swedish Massage which is a classic technique combining long, flowing strokes, compression, and oils to relieve you of stress and tension. A popular Well-being massage is the Asian Combination Massage, which combines a heated aromatic compress with traditional Thai herbal remedies to relieve you of tension and soreness in the muscles. Finally, the Something Special massages are truly something special, as they are done quite differently than traditional massages. The ‘A Head Above’ massage drizzles warm coconut oil on your hair and massages it into your scalp, perfect for calmness and energy and leaves your hair healthy and shiny.
