Matthew’s path

Just a comment on Hurricane Matthew not being as destructive for us as we feared it might be:

Thousand of believers in Central Florida, and our families and friends around the world, were praying that God would move the storm out to sea and protect us, which he did — first 20 miles out into the ocean and then another 5 miles out. (Thank you, Lord!)

I’m very sorry for the people of Haiti (and my church has sent offerings to help them rebuild), but maybe their voodoo gods are powerless. Jackie Littleford Winter Park
