Ron Ben-Israel: The owner of Ron Ben-Israel Cakes will present 2 p.m. today and 10:30 a.m. Saturday. Ben-Israel was named Martha Stewart’s favorite baker.

Emily Ellyn: An Orlando food personality, Emily Ellyn will be the Main Stage host. She is best known as the Retro Rad Chef from Food Network.

Nancy Fuller: The host of Food Network’s “Farmhouse Rules” will appear at 1 p.m. Sunday. Natalie and Dave

Sideserf: The husband-wife hosts of Food Network's “Texas Cake House” will present at 11:30 a.m. Sunday. Oct. 15.

Mich Turner: The founder of the Little Venice Cake Co. will host a talk at 11:30 a.m. today and 1 p.m. Saturday. She also will host a class on creating hand-piped mini cakes at 1 p.m. Sunday. Turner has created cakes for Queen Elizabeth II, Madonna, Ozzy Osbourne, Gordon Ramsay, and David Beckham.
