We are con­duct­ing a reader sur­vey on­line now, and one of the things I’m in­ter­ested in is find­ing out the ages of our read­er­ship. Train­ing well into your 50s, 60s, 70s and be­yond is so im­por­tant for main­tain­ing mus­cle mass, im­prov­ing mo­bil­ity and keep­ing your me­tab­o­lism hum­ming along. It’s an es­sen­tial part of ag­ing well, in my opin­ion, and Oxy­gen will con­tinue to address that!
