Hold a sandbag over one shoul­der, brace your core and take a large step for­ward with one foot. Bend both knees un­til your rear knee lightly touches the ground, then push off your back toes and bring both feet un­der­neath you. Con­tinue, al­ter­nat­ing legs, for 25 feet, then switch the bag to the op­po­site shoul­der and lunge back to the start 25 feet.
