SANDBAG WALKING LUNGE
Hold a sandbag over one shoulder, brace your core and take a large step forward with one foot. Bend both knees until your rear knee lightly touches the ground, then push off your back toes and bring both feet underneath you. Continue, alternating legs, for 25 feet, then switch the bag to the opposite shoulder and lunge back to the start 25 feet.
