Choose a weight with which you can do all the move­ments un­bro­ken. “It should get spicy but should never push you to a point where your tech­nique is fall­ing apart,” she says. “Out of 10, the in­ten­sity should be be­tween 7 and 8. It’s all about con­tin­ual move­ment to build mus­cle en­durance, fa­tigue your grip and spike your heart rate.”

Do this work­out af­ter a lift­ing or skill-work ses­sion once or twice a week. “If you vary the reps, weight, time or rest in­ter­vals, it will feel dras­ti­cally dif­fer­ent ev­ery time,” she says.
