Choose a weight with which you can do all the movements unbroken. “It should get spicy but should never push you to a point where your technique is falling apart,” she says. “Out of 10, the intensity should be between 7 and 8. It’s all about continual movement to build muscle endurance, fatigue your grip and spike your heart rate.”
Do this workout after a lifting or skill-work session once or twice a week. “If you vary the reps, weight, time or rest intervals, it will feel drastically different every time,” she says.
