Hold the jump-rope han­dles at hip height with your el­bows close to your sides, legs to­gether. Jump a lit­tle higher than you would for a sin­gle-un­der, and pass the rope un­der­neath your feet twice be­fore land­ing. Don’t lift your knees in front of you or pull your heels to­ward your glutes, and use your wrists to turn the rope, not your el­bows.
