Retailers prepare to pull out of Via Testa
Occupants have until end of June to make way for demolition; some will relocate, others are uncertain.
Retailers have been given until the end of June to clear out of the Via Testa so demolition can begin on the 1.3-acre Testa property on Royal Poinciana Way.
T3 Family Investments, controlled by the Frisbie family of Palm Beach, is redeveloping the site into a new Testa’s restaurant with mix of retail and second-floor homes with underground parking. The Frisbies have said they expect to begin demolition in late summer or early fall, and that the project will take about four years to complete.
