Overhaul planned at Four Seasons
Multimillion-dollar propertywide project to shut resort for months, bring in a Michelin-starred chef.
Something fancy is cooking at the Four Seasons Palm Beach resort. Actually, fancier may be a better word for the projected results of a multimillion-dollar summer overhaul.
The property-wide makeover, which will shut the resort from the end of May to fall, includes plans to bring serious star power to the kitchen. A Michelin-starred chef will head the resort’s new signature restaurant, according to a Four Seasons publicist who says the chef’s identity will be announced once that restaurant concept is finalized. The chef is an internationally recognized culinary figure who helms award-winning restaurants abroad, according to sources with knowledge of the partnership.
