Man arrested in theft of wallet
A Jupiter man was arrested in the theft of a wallet from a Neiman Marcus store on Worth Avenue, Palm Beach police said.
About 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, a store employee saw Frederico Ele Hosena Jr., 23, leave the store holding a wallet he did not pay for, according to a sworn affidavit.
While searching along Worth Avenue, police said, they found Hosena holding a purse with the stolen Balenciaga wallet inside.
Hosena was arrested and charged with retail theft greater than $300, a third-degree felony.
The exact value of the wallet was not included in the affidavit.
Hosena was released Thursday on $3,000 bond.
