Eric and Svetlana Silverman bought their condominium in Bellaria on the South End in June 2015 with plans to use it as their home base after Eric moved his business, Eastham Capital, from Boston to Boca Raton.
“I was going back and forth a lot. We needed a place that we could leave for periods of time when we were living in both places, and it worked great,” Eric Silverman says about Unit No. 301 in the north building at 3000 S. Ocean Blvd.
