Cre­ated by Amy Roskel­ley, of Su­per­healthykids.com, this frozen blend is thick enough to be en­joyed with a spoon. In a blender, mix ¾ cup frozen rasp­ber­ries, ½ cup fresh le­mon juice, and 2 cups ice. Di­vide be­tween two serv­ing cups, and freeze for an hour.
