The Short Order

For those who find food from Santa Fe’s Mexican restaurants too spicy,

Felipe’s Tacos might be a welcome respite. For the rest of us, it’s a flavorless merry-go-round of grilled beef and chicken

and rice and beans, rearranged in lifeless combinations. It’s a cheap, affordable lunch; its burritos, tacos, and tostadas are

very filling — and very bland. Recommended: avocado quesadillas.

Ratings range from 0 to 4 chiles. This reflects the reviewer’s experience with regard to food and drink, atmosphere, service, and value.
