The Short Order
A vibrant example of the craft-beer boom that has changed New Mexico dining for the better in recent years, the Blue Corn Café Downtown is a more dependable place to drink than to eat. Some of its offerings, especially its bar-food appetizers and hamburgers, are strong. Some are not, and this inconsistency makes it a bit of a gamble if you’re looking for a full-on meal. Recommended: Toro Blanco white double IPA, End of the Trail brown ale, BBQ babyback ribs, and green chile stew.
