Pasatiempo - - PASA WEEK -

Zane Bennett Contemporary Art, 435 S. Guadalupe St., 505-982-8111 Keeping Things Whole: Sculpture is an exhibit of three-dimensional works by Dunham Aurelius, Guy Dill, and Rachel Stevens. Aurelius explores themes of war, oppression, and suffering in a variety of sculpture mediums. Dill’s large-scale abstract bronzes depict graceful forms in suggested dynamic movement. Stevens’ mixed the media sculptural installations, which blend elements from Eastern and Western hemispheres, are inspired by her investigations into desert flora. The 5 p.m. reception is on Friday, March 27. At 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 28, Stevens gives a talk, which is free of charge, about her art and her experiences as a Fulbright “ambassador”; it is part of the Santa Fe Gallery Association’s ongoing Art Matters series.
