The 7th Annual Santa Fe Independent Film Festival
the Santa Fe Independent Film Festival returns for a seventh year with a host of new features including dramas, thrillers, documentaries, and comedies, as well as short films, panel discussions, parties, and more. The films screen beginning Wednesday, Oct. 14, with The Adderall Diaries at the Violet Crown Cinema (1606 Alcaldesa St., 505-216-5678), for a $20 admission that includes entry to the opening night party. Screenings continue Thursday, Oct. 15, through Sunday, Oct. 18, at five venues: Violet Crown Cinema, the Lensic Performing Arts Center (211 W. San Francisco St., 505-988-1234), the Center for Contemporary Arts (1050 Old Pecos Trail, 505-982-1338), The Screen (1600 St. Michael’s Drive, 505-473-6494), and the Jean Cocteau Cinema (418 Montezuma Ave., 505-466-5528). Tickets range from $10 to $30 depending on the screening. All-access festival passes can be purchased for $250 and include entry to all films, panels, and after-parties.
