The Short Order

Pasatiempo - - RESTAURANT REVIEW -

Nestled amid the windswept commercial spaces of Santa Fe’s outlet mall, Tres Colores serves a menu of familiar Mexican and Northern New Mexican dishes along with regional specialties that rely on mole. There are clear strengths here — Tres Colores offers very good guacamole and house-made tamales — and a few weaknesses, but overall, this is a restaurant worth trying when you’re out that way. Recommended: fresh guacamole and mole chicken tamales.
