Mu­seum of In­dian Arts & Cul­ture, 710 Camino Lejo, 505-476-1269 The Buchs­baum Gallery of South­west­ern Pot­tery, named for art col­lec­tors Jane and Bill Buchs­baum, in­cludes nearly 300 his­toric and con­tem­po­rary works in ce­ramic by New Mex­ico and Ari­zona Pue­blo pot­ters. The se­lec­tion, on per­ma­nent dis­play, is culled from the mu­seum’s ex­ten­sive hold­ings of more than 6,000 ce­ramic works. It is broad in its scope, with pot­tery dat­ing back to the 5th cen­tury. The ex­hi­bi­tion shows the de­vel­op­ment of unique styles at dif­fer­ent pue­b­los and in­cludes a chang­ing ex­hibit area called Tra­di­tions To­day that looks at the pot­tery be­ing made now.
