Scott Greene: MoBro: High Seas Drifter

New Mexico Museum of Art, 107 W. Palace Ave., 505- 476-5072 The museum brings back its Alcove exhibitions with five solo shows opening on Friday, March 4. Alcoves 16/17 is a year-long series in which five artists exhibit their work for seven weeks. Alcove 16/17.1 includes artists Bonnie Lynch, Gloria Graham, Scott Greene, Scott Anderson, and Herb Lotz. Alcove shows began in the early days of the museum, founded in 1917, and have been reintroduced at various times throughout its history. The cycle of shows is in anticipation of the museum’s centennial in 2017. There is a free reception on Friday, March 4, beginning at 5:30 p.m.
