New Mexico’s Spanish missions were a popular subject for midcentury modernists. Moradas developed in discreet locations for private worship by penitentes in the 19th century. The show features historic and contemporary prints, paintings, drawings, and photography. Works by Kenneth Adams, Morris Blackburn, Gene Kloss, Bertha Landers, Craig Varjabedian, and others are included.
