Serv­ing break­fast, brunch, and lunch dishes as bright and imag­i­na­tive as its sun­lit din­ing room, Bodega Prime is an ex­cit­ing ad­di­tion to the Santa Fe food scene. Chef-owner Noela Figueroa’s com­mit­ment to sea­sonal, lo­cally sourced, fla­vor-for­ward house-made food shines through ev­ery of­fer­ing, whether it’s on a plate or in a take-home glass jar. That she man­ages this with­out be­ing the least bit pre­cious or preachy is all the more no­table. Rec­om­mended: Scram­bled-egg sand­wich with ham, cof­fee-rubbed steak, drunken chicken, BLT, morn­ing buns, scones, cook­ies, shrub soda.
