The Short Order

Serving breakfast, brunch, and lunch dishes as bright and imaginative as its sunlit dining room, Bodega Prime is an exciting addition to the Santa Fe food scene. Chef-owner Noela Figueroa’s commitment to seasonal, locally sourced, flavor-forward house-made food shines through every offering, whether it’s on a plate or in a take-home glass jar. That she manages this without being the least bit precious or preachy is all the more notable. Recommended: Scrambled-egg sandwich with ham, coffee-rubbed steak, drunken chicken, BLT, morning buns, scones, cookies, shrub soda.
