Earl Stroh: Taos Makimoto Suite

His atmospheric paintings and works on paper are at William Talbot starting Friday, Dec. 16. The exhibition Earl Stroh, Taos Modernist includes more than 30 examples of Stroh’s work, featuring such notable pieces as his lithographic series Taos Makimoto Suite. An additional show of Stroh’s work, Earl Stroh: Mysterious and Transcendent, a Selection of Paintings and Prints, opens at Aaron Payne Fine Art (213 E. Marcy St., 505-995-9779) on Dec. 23 with a 5 p.m. reception.
