Peters Projects, 1011 Paseo de Peralta, 505-954-5800 Doug Herren’s brightly colored ceramic sculptures are hybrid forms that suggest functionality, resembling antique industrial manufacturing tools and steampunk designs that appear to be made from machine parts. “My sculpture is based on vessel forms but transformed by scale and complexity into architectonic forms with industrial-tool references,” he said. His first exhibit in Santa Fe, Infra-Structure: Vessels, Sculptures, Tables, continues through Feb. 11.
