Or­gan­ist Fred Gra­ham per­forms a half-hour recital as part of the weekly TGIF se­ries at First Pres­by­te­rian Church (208 Grant Ave.), at 5:30 p.m. on Fri­day, Sept. 1. Ear­lier this year he as­sumed the post of or­gan­ist and choir di­rec­tor at La Mesa Pres­by­te­rian Church in Al­bu­querque. Men­delssohn’s Or­gan Sonata No. 2 is the chief work on his pro­gram, which also in­cludes Sweel­inck’s vari­a­tions on the Ger­man drink­ing song and the suite by Gwyneth Walker, com­mis­sioned for the Amer­i­can Guild of Or­gan­ists na­tional con­ven­tion of 2010. Keller Duo Vi­olão Brasil, the Rio de Janeiro band com­posed of two mas­ters of the Brazilian gui­tar, Rogério Souza and Ed­inho Ger­ber, team up with per­cus­sion­ist Ami Mo­linelli for a pair of con­certs in Taos and Santa Fe. Duo Vi­olão per­form orig­i­nal com­po­si­tions by Souza as well as works by An­tônio Car­los Jo­bim, Baden Pow­ell, Radamés Gnat­tali, and Pixin­guinha.
