FRAN­CISCO RAMIREZ: “Tredici’s Crab pasta--no words do the dish jus­tice! Jonah crab and spaghetti with bursts of heir­loom cherry toma­toes, gar­lic, and toasted bread­crumbs. It pairs per­fectly with a delicious glass of white wine in the sum­mer. This is def­i­nitely my fa­vorite way to go.”
