An East End eatery is seeking protection from its creditors under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. Creditors for Bakery Square-based Asiatique Thai Bistro LLC include the Urban Redevelopment Authority, owed $62,000; and New York City-based small business financing company VitalCap Fund, owed $65,000, according to the bankruptcy court filing. The restaurant estimated its assets at $50,000 to $100,000 and liabilities ranging between $100,000 and $500,000.
