BALTIMORE over Cleveland by 8

Playbook Football (Midweek Alert) - - 2-minute Handicap -

As we hit on earlier on these pages (and in our 2017 Playbook Football Preview Guide magazine), Cleveland has drafted 7 quarterbacks since 2005. Collectively, they have gone 22-67 SU. But it appears they finally might have found a keeper in DeShone Kizer, although he is 0-1. The 2nd round rookie from Notre Dame kept the Browns in last week’s season opener against rugged Pittsburgh, and even managed to pull out a back door cover. However, the problem the Browns incur today is that teams who tossed a blank in a division game (Baltimore) are 13-1 SU and 12-1-1 ATS since 1994 the following game when squaring off against a fellow division foe coming off a loss, including as a favorite. That aside, the Ravens find themselves in a non-desirous role given the fact that teams who win a division road game as an underdog are just 8-13-1 ATS as favorites the following game when facing a fellow division foe off a division loss. In addition, the Black Birds are in their last eight tries
