South Alabama over GA SOUTHERN by 3
We go from a spread selection for one winless team to a lean for another one, but hey, the Eagles have won and covered three straight meetings in this series – all as favorites. Not much has changed since the Eagles canned Tyson Summer last month: 0-3 SU and ITS, but they are 2-1 ATS. We’ll see whether or not pride raises its head here today as the program continues to search for a new head coach, trying to decide if they want an expert at running the triple option. Meanwhile, the Jaguars handed Arkansas State only its second loss in their last 23 Sun Belt games last week and with that, the Jags keep their faint bowl hopes alive, needing a win today and next week at New Mexico State. Our guess is the pressure may be too much.
