Arizona St over OREGON ST by 3
The Sun Devils are another one of those teams that need a win here to gain a bowl invite (ASU closes out the regular season next week against archrival Arizona). Their 6-0 SU and 5-1 ATS record as favorites versus .333 or less opponents is good news, but a 3-10 ATS mark as road chalk off a loss is not. On the flip side, the Beavers’ only win this season was the first week in September against FCS Portland State, and that was by just 3 points as the Vikings missed a potential game-tying FG as time expired. As a result, the paddle-tails are riding an 8-game losing streak, but to be fair they have played more inspired football under interim head coach Cory Hall, losing by 3 points to Colorado and just 1 point to Stanford. Despite their horrible defensive numbers, there is talent on this team and we can expect their best effort in their Last Home Game (13-7 SU) for outgoing seniors. Oregon State is in this series, which is probably not enough to get us to race to the window.
