Unterberg Poetry Center

Four poets won 2017 “Discovery”/ Boston Review Poetry Prizes. They are James Henry Knippen of Mortindale, Texas, Erika Luckert of New York City, Diana Khoi Nguyen of Denver, and Courtney Faye Taylor of Ann Arbor, Michigan. They each received $500, publication of their work in Boston Review, and an invitation to give a reading at the 92nd Street Y in New York City. Henri Cole, Timothy Donnelly, francine j. harris, Douglas Kearney, and Monica Youn judged. The annual awards are given to poets who have not published a book of poems. The next deadline is January 20, 2018.
