Police stopped the vehicle in the 500 block of Susquehanna Road at 5:51 a.m. and detected the strong odor of air fresher coming from inside the vehicle, police said. Skelly admitted to smoking marijuana earlier in the evening, police said. After a vehicle search, police detected the strong odor of alcohol coming from his person, police said. He IDLOHG fiHOG VREULHWy WHVWV DnG was transported to Holy Redeemer Hospital for chemical testing, police said. Tests showed his BAC was 0.102 percent, police said.
DUI … Linda A. Mazzotta, 4S, of Moro Street, Philadelphia, was charged with GULYLnJ unGHU WKH LnfluHnFH of alcohol or a controlled substance Feb. 10 after police were called to the 500 block of Susquehanna Road when Mazzotta’s Ford Escape crashed into the rear of a Mazda sedan, police said. Authorities detected the odor of alcohol coming from her person and observed she had red, glassy eyes, police said. She was transported to Holy Redeemer Hospital for chemical testing, police said. Tests showed her BAC 0.383 percent, police said.
Criminal trespass … David M. Schiano, 34, of Sarahs Lane, Horsham, was charged with criminal trespass, harassment, simple assault and terroristic threats Feb. 14 after Schiano forcefully entered an apartment unit, pushed a victim to the ground and engaged in a physical altercation with another victim that caused severe bleeding from the victim’s head at the Colonade Apartment complex in the 100 block of Old York Road, police said.
DUI … Douglass J. Perrine, 39, of Greenhill Road, Willow Grove, was charged with driving under the influHnFH RI DOFRKRO RU D FRntrolled substance, simple assault, aggravated assault, criminal mischief, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct, reckless driving and related charges Feb. 1S after police observed a beige Ford Edge parked with the motor running in the 19th Hole parking lot in the 3000 block of Jenkintown Road at 1:11 a.m., police said. When Perrine saw police he attempted to get away by putting his vehicle in reverse and backing into WKH RIfiFHU’V SDWURO FDU, SRlice said. Police asked him to exit the vehicle multiple times, but he did not comSOy unWLO WKH RIfiFHU GUHw his handgun and pointed at him, police said. Perrine exited the vehicle and police detected the odor of alcohol on his breath and transported him to Holy Redeemer Hospital for chemical testing, police said. He was later transported to the Abington Police Department to await arraignment, police said.
Retail theft … Justin Person, 19, of Halstead Street, Philadelphia, was charged with retail theft and possession and receiving stolen property Feb. 15 after Giant Food Store security observed him placing $184 worth of merchandise in his backpack at 11:59 a.m. at the Giant in the 700 block of Huntingdon Pike, police said. Person also admitted to stealing merchandise from the store on six other occasions beginning Aug. 12, 2012, to Feb. 8, 2013, police said. Persons stole a total of $1,S02.35 worth of merchandise, police said.
Public drunkenness … Emmanuel Alabi, 30, of Meadowbrook Drive, Huntingdon salley, was cited for public drunkenness March 3 after police observed him leaning into the back seat of his vehicle that was parked in the 1900 block of Huntingdon Pike at 2:58 a.m., police said. After approaching Alabi, authorities observed him to be unGHU WKH LnfluHnFH RI DOFRKRO, police said.
Disorderly conduct … Deron Carew, 18, of Houston Avenue, Glenside, was cited for disorderly conduct March 3 after responding to a report that individuals were looking in parked vehicles, police said. Police stopped Carew at Sylvania and Roberts avenues at 1:38 p.m. and Carew admitted to having a small amount of marijuana on his person, police said.
Disorderly conduct … Charmaine Waddell, 19, of Country Club Road, Philadelphia, was cited for disorderly conduct March 3 after JC Penney security observed Waddell conceal $149 worth of merchandise in her purse and leave the store without paying at the JC Penney in the Willow Grove Park mall at 7:55 p.m., police said.
Disorderly conduct … Myles heller, 28, of Monument Avenue, Hatboro, was cited for disorderly conduct March 7 after police stopped a vehicle at Susquehanna Road and Johnson Avenue at 1:12 p.m. and found a small amount of marijuana and a pipe in the vehicle, police said.
Public drunkenness … Joshua Burkley, 25, of Eckard Avenue, Abington, was cited for public drunkenness March 8 after police observed him stumbling along Huntingdon and Woodland roads at 3:39 a.m., police said.
