Po­lice stopped the ve­hi­cle in the area of Lin­coln and Cricket av­enues and ob­served empty ci­gar wrap­pers in the ve­hi­cle, po­lice said. Sim­ple as­sault … Penn State Abing­ton Stu­dent Rochelle Shawqi, 18, of West Turner Street, Philadel­phia, was charged with sim­ple as­sault, dis­or­derly con­duct and ha­rass­ment March 18 af­ter she ap­proached the vic­tim and hit and scratched her dur­ing a dis­pute at 9:40 a.m. on the school’s cam­pus lo­cated in the 1600 block of Wood­land Road, po­lice said.

Ter­ror­is­tic threats … 7RUULV L. The vic­tim had a black eye and bruis­ing on her per­son, po­lice said.

Dis­or­derly con­duct … de­of­frey Brams, 28, of Wood­land Road, was cited with dis­or­derly con­duct March 22 af­ter po­lice ap­proached an oc­cu­pied ve­hi­cle parked in the Jerzee’s Sports Bar park­ing at 12:17 a.m. lo­cated in 2600 block of Mount Carmel Av­enue and found Brams with a small amount of mar­i­juana, po­lice said.

Phillip Sulima, 22, of North Wales Road, Blue Bell, who got into an ar­gu­ment with Schwartz, was cited with crim­i­nal mis­chief af­ter he broke the side mir­ror off a parked ve­hi­cle, po­lice said. of al­co­holic bev­er­age from his breath and his eyes were glassy, po­lice said. Pub­lic drunk­en­ness … 2n 0DUcK 28 DW 6:35 D.P. po­lice re­sponded to the Bethayres Train Sta­tion for a report of a sus­pi­cious per­son who ap­peared dis­ori­ented.

Po­lice found Brian -DnLVzHwVNL, 33, RI WKH 200 block of bast Lin­coln High­way, Pen­ndel, po­lice said. Ac­cord­ing to po­lice, he had a strong odor of al­co­hol on him, he was un­steady on his feet, and he had slurred speech and blood­shot eyes. Po­lice also found sus­pected mar­i­juana around him, po­lice said.

He was cited for pub­lic drunk­en­ness and dis­or­derly con­duct, po­lice said.

Theft … Two bikes were stolen from the side of a home in the 400 block of Stu­art Lane, Am­bler, be­tween 6 p.m. March 26 and 6 p.m. March 28, po­lice said.
