Library offering free ereaders to UM patrons

Public Spirit - - OPINION -

The Upper Moreland Free Public Library will be loaning twelve eReaders pre- loaded with high demand bestselling eBooks.

The library was awarded a $2,000 grant from the Rotary Club of Willow Grove to purchase Amazon Kindles and Barnes and koble kooks for library patrons to borrow.

Patrons 18 years old and older with a photo ID and a valid library card can check out an eReader from UMFPL for two weeks. Borrowing patrons must agree to and sign an eReader loan agreement.

Additional eBooks are currently available to patrons to read on their personal eReaders, computers, tablets, and smart-phones through UMFPL’s 2vHUGULvH wHEVLWH link.

The Upper Moreland Free Public Library is located at 109 Park Ave., Willow Grove. For more information about this and other Library programs and services, call 215-S590T41 or visit the Library’s web site, www. uppermorelandlibrary. org.
