From 10" squares:

• Trim each square to make 9 (91/4") A squares.

From light brown/rust batik:

• Cut 2 (71/4" by fab­ric width) strips. Sub­cut strips into 9 (71/4") B squares.

From dark brown batik:

• Cut 6 (31/2" by fab­ric width) I/J strips.

• Cut 7 (21/4" by fab­ric width) bind­ing strips.

From cream solid:

• Cut 5 (47/ 8" by fab­ric width) strips.

Sub­cut strips into 36 (47/ 8") C squares.

• Cut 4 (37/ 8" by fab­ric width) strips.

Sub­cut strips into 36 (37/ 8") D squares.

• Cut 3 (31/2" by fab­ric width) strips. Sub­cut strips into 72 (11/2" x 31/2") E rec­tan­gles.

• Cut 3 (81/2" by fab­ric width) strips.

Sub­cut strips into 66 (11/2" x 81/2") F strips. • Cut 13 (11/2" by fab­ric width) G/H strips.
