Grilled Pork Chops & Pep­pers

3 tbsp. olive oil • 1 tbsp. fen­nel seeds, crushed • 1 tbsp. finely • • chopped gar­lic • 2 tsp. le­mon zest • 1 tsp. chopped fresh rose­mary • 12 baby bell pep­pers • 4 bone- in pork chops ( 10 to 12 oz. each)

In large bowl, mix first 5 in­gre­di­ents; sea­son gen­er­ously. Add bell pep­pers; turn un­til coated. Trans­fer to plate. Add pork to bowl; turn un­til coated. Grill over high heat, turn­ing of­ten, un­til bell pep­pers are charred in spots and pork is cooked through, about 5 min­utes per side. Serves 4.
