Bread, turkey, and an awe­some sauce. It re­ally is that sim­ple. 1 cup finely chopped dill

pick­les, pat­ted dry 1 cup may­on­naise 1∕4 cup ketchup 1 tbsp. grated peeled fresh horse­rad­ish or 1 tbsp. horse­rad­ish from a jar, drained and squeezed dry 3∕4 tsp. smoked pa­prika 1∕4 tsp. cayenne 8 slices of rus­tic coun­try white bread, lightly toasted 1 lb. of left­over sliced turkey

In a bowl, stir the first 6 in­gre­di­ents. Sea­son the sauce with salt; spread on 4 slices of toast. Top with the turkey and the re­main­ing sauce and toast.
