➤ “BIER FÜR KATZEN” FUNDRAISER: Powers Farm and Brewery, located at 9269 Redemption Way, Midland, is hosting a fundraiser and adoption event to support the work of For The Cats’ Sake from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. A non-profit, all volunteer organizati­on that does does TNR (trap, neuter & return), Cat Rescue, Kitten Fostering/Adoptions, Low and no-cost spay/neuter in Fauquier, Culpeper, Madison, Rappahanno­ck and Warren Counties. Food will be provided by The ‘Sauer Kraut’ Food Truck, beer will be provided by Powers Brewery. Kids friendly activities. Cat themed socks and flip-flops will be available for sale. ➤ CCLC ANNUAL GARDEN PARTY: The Child Care and Learning Center will hold its 5th Annual Garden Party at Mount Prospect, 30 Mt.
