Humphries named mar­ket­ing di­rec­tor

QUEEN­STOWN — Queen­stown Pre­mium Out­lets has named Su­san Humphries as the cen­ter’s new di­rec­tor of mar­ket­ing and busi­ness devel­op­ment. A des­ti­na­tion for out­stand­ing cus­tomer ser­vice, Queen­stown Pre­mium Out­lets is a fa­vorite among com­mu­nity mem­bers and neigh­bors for its qual­ity re­tail col­lec­tion and com­mu­nity in­volve­ment. Humphries will play an im­por­tant role in sup­port­ing and fur­ther en­hanc­ing the cen­ter’s im­pres­sive rep­u­ta­tion within the Del­marva Penin­sula and other neigh­bor­ing com­mu­ni­ties while im­ple­ment­ing the strate­gic mar­ket­ing vi­sion for the cen­ter.

Prior to this po­si­tion, Humphries fo­cused her ca­reer in re­tail man­age­ment and hu­man re­sources. The Ch­ester na­tive brings more than 25 years of ex­pe­ri­ence to her new role; nine of which have been spent in a man­age­ment po­si­tion at Queens town P r emium Out­lets. Ad­di­tion­ally, Humphries is a St. Jude Am­bas­sador ded­i­cated Grey­hound res­cue, serves on the Cham­ber of Com­merce and is a mem­ber of both the Mears Point Yacht Club and the Grey­hound Pets of Amer­ica/Mary­land.
