Annapolis man served warrant
CENTREVILLE — An Annapolis man was arrested on March 16 at 4:13 p.m. on the 200 block of North Liberty Street by an undercover detective and Centreville Police Department officer as he was wanted on a warrant for distribution of a controlled and dangerous substance, according to the Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Office.
The undercover detective and CPD officer approached Jerimiah Eugene Lynch, 36, and advised him that he was under arrest. Lynch refused to cooperate, police said, and a brief struggle followed. Lynch was served the warrant and charged him resisting arrest.
Lynch was later released on bail.
