CENTREVILLE — Queen Anne’s Soccer Club is excited to announce the addition of new board member Stacey Quigley as skills and coach development coordinator for the league.

Quigley has been a volunteer and long time coach of QASC. She currently holds a U.S. Soccer Class “E” license.

“Having Stacey as a member of our Board will allow us to improve the rec organization in regards to skills and coaching. Her vast experience with soccer will provide a great opportunity for the kids and coaches to learn and excel at the game of soccer,” said Steve Quincy, president of QASC.

Quigley previously held the position of assistant coach for Chesapeake Futbol Club with team Flash, which was ranked 16th statewide, and currently coaches with the Bayshore Soccer Club U14 Girls team Beat, which stands undefeated. Also, Quigley coaches Reign, a coed U8 team with Bayshore.

“I am ver y excited to have the opportunity to develop a core curriculum with our coaches for our younger age groups,” Quigley said.

The idea of her new role is that she will focus primarily on building skill development opportunities for coaches and players in an effort to improve the overall experience for all involved.

Quigley is a graduate of Towson University and is currently employed by Soistman Family Dentistry and Associates. She resides with her husband and their child in Centreville.
