Father’s Day celebration offers free hair cuts
QUEENSTOWN — Free haircuts will be provided at the Bay Country Moose Family Center on Saturday, June 18. Barbers across the Mid-Shore will provide their services as part of the Father’s Day celebration, “A Cut Above The Rest.” Gospel DJ “A Spiritual Touch” will bring the entertainment for the day, and an all-you-can-eat breakfast will be available for $7.
Providing the haircuts for the event will be Edward’s All Stars of Caroline County, Big Mixx and Trina’ty Beauty Salon of Kent County, Outlaw’s Barbershop of Talbot County and Cornez Courtney of Queen Anne’s County.
Festivities begin at 7 a.m. and conclude at noon. “A Cut Above The Rest” is a partnership of the Queen Anne’s County Department of Health, Chosen Generations Deliverance Ministry, Citizens Against Smoking Tobacco Coalition, and Queen Anne’s County Wellness Coalition.
