Centreville cars bro­ken into

CENTREVILLE — Centreville res­i­dents Brian Sey­mour, Kara Simp­son, Michael Scott, Wil­liam Gard­ner and Ti­mothy Car­rick all re­ported their cars had been bro­ken into and that items had been stolen on June 11, ac­cord­ing to a po­lice re­port from the Queen Anne’s County Sher­iff’s Of­fice.

Sev­eral reports of ve­hi­cles with bro­ken win­dows and items miss­ing from parked cars on Earle Branch Road, Friend­ship Drive and Prus­sian Turn near Centreville were made.

Ac­cord­ing to the sher­iff’s of­fice, the dam­aged ve­hi­cles with items stolen in­cluded: 2007 Chevro­let Pickup with a bro­ken win­dow and miss­ing wal­let with $150 and var­i­ous IDs taken; 2008 BMW Car with a bro­ken win­dow with a purse re­moved and its con­tents dumped; 2007 Honda SUV, bro­ken win­dow with a Kate Spade wal­let with var­i­ous IDs taken; 2010 Ford Pickup with a bro­ken win­dow with $250 and a credit card taken; 2014 Jeep SUV with a bro­ken win­dow with a purse re­moved and $200 cash taken; and a 2016 Nis­san Car that was un­locked had a wal­let re­moved and $6 taken.
